Easy 3-point breakfast

Hi, friends! Happy Sunday!

I’m dropping in to share what I had for breakfast this morning… A totally easy and super delicious honey cinnamon waffle topped with banana.

Here is the points plus breakdown:
– 1 Eggo Nutri-Grain Whole Wheat waffle, toasted (2 pp)
– 1 teaspoon pure honey (1 pp)
– 1 banana, but you can use any fresh fruit you’d like
– a sprinkle of ground cinnamon

This meal is fast and easy! Pop a waffle in the toaster and while it’s toasting pull out the honey and cinnamon and slice your banana. Put it all together and bam – a deliciously sweet but Weight Watchers friendly breakfast.

I’m glad I have moved on from my days of Lucky Charms and chocolate fudge poptarts. This is much better!
