Marriage

the day: june 5

Today’s the big day. June 5: The day we found out Jeremy’s clinical assignments for his last year of PT school.

They could be anywhere in the US…Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arizona… or in Europe. He also noted that he was interested in military bases in the UK and Germany. The chances he will be going overseas are slim to none.

Supposedly, he will be embarking on four eight-week clinicals. One in a neurological setting, one in an in-patient or acute care setting, and an outpatient setting. The fourth the is the student’s choice, I believe.

Today, I am feeling nervous, anxious, and excited all in one. We’ve been comparing this day to Christmas, and it’s finally here! Hopefully Santa (Southwest Baptist University, in this case) is nice to us and we don’t get a lump of coal!

More later.
